WeMovePeople is looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join one of our manufacturing clients in the Winnipeg area. If you take pride in solid welds, clean finishes, and doing the job right the first time, this is a great fit.
What Youll Do

Weld steel parts using MIG, stick, and flux-core.

Read blueprints and follow work orders.

Fit, assemble, and finish metal components.

Check your work for quality and accuracy.

Keep your area safe, clean, and organized.
What You Bring

12 years of welding experience (manufacturing or shop work preferred).

CWB tickets a big plus.

Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work.
The Details

Full-time position with steady hours.

Day, evening, or weekend shifts may be available.

Competitive pay based on experience.

All PPE required (steel-toes, glasses, hearing protection).

We offer $22/hr for individuals straight out of trades school, but with little/no experience (they will have CWB tickets from school). For experienced welders, we require MIG experience, but do not require tickets. We will help them get their tickets while at work. We do not have Journeymen Welders at this facility.
