<p>Job Description:</p><p>Fitness Forum London is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Zumba Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis.<br><br>The ideal candidate is passionate about dance fitness, enjoys teaching all skill levels (from beginners to advanced members), and thrives in a dynamic fitness environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-energy classes, promoting Zumba programming, and creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for members of all ages.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead fun, engaging, and safe Zumba group classes for a variety of ages and fitness levels</li><li>Develop playlists and choreography that align with Zumba standards and keep classes fresh and motivating</li><li>Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate different abilities and fitness levels</li><li>Promote Zumba programming to increase member participation and community engagement</li><li>Create a supportive, encouraging, and inclusive class environment</li><li>Communicate effectively with members, staff, and management regarding schedules, attendance, and feedback</li><li>Assist with promoting and organizing special Zumba events, demos, or themed sessions</li></ul><p>Qualifications & Skills:</p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of fitness, music, and movement principles</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Energetic, professional, and reliable with strong time management</li><li>Ability to motivate and work with diverse age groups and skill levels</li><li>Availability to work evenings and/or weekends is required</li></ul><p>Why Join Fitness Forum?<br><br>As one of London's premier fitness facilities, we provide an energetic and supportive environment that values wellness, community, and professional development.
