<p>This position is open to all qualified ONA staff throughout Lakeridge Health commencing 8 January 2026 and closing 11:59 pm on 15 January 2026.</p>
<hspr>Responsibilities
<p>Reporting toition: Patient of A manager of the PACU an and Day Surgery, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and practice in a multidisciplinary, family‑centered care environment. Using an enhanced level of nursing practice, the RN will care for patients in the Surgical Pre‑Operative and Post‑Operative (Phase 1 and Phase 2) areas. They will demonstrate Iterable to work throughout the Peri‑Anesthesia environment to support patient flow, interondheim‑intra‑professional collaboration, and opTimal patient care.</p>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Required: Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario</li>
<li>Required: Current BCLS (within 1 year)</li>
<li>Required: Current ACLS (within 2 years)</li>
<li>Required: Critical Care or ED Certificate and/or recent critical care or ED experience</li>
<li>Required: Post‑Anesthetic Care course (or a commitment to obtain within one year)</li>
<li>Asset: recent PACU experience</li>
<li>Asset: clinical experience with venipuncture and IV insertion</li>
<li>Asset: PALS Certification</li>
</ul>
