<h3>Your Impact</h3>
<h3>As a Manager, you will:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and manage multiple assurance and non‑assurance engagements, ensuring quality and efficiency.</li>
<li>Lead pre‑engagement planning, scope and assign work, and maintain firm quality assurance standards.</li>
<li>Apply technical expertise to provide insightful recommendations and solutions for clients.</li>
<li>Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value and new business.</li>
<li>Coach, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a culture of learning and high performance.</li>
<li>Participate in firm management, policy development, and professional standards committees.</li>
<li>Deliver presentations and training, sharing your expertise internally and externally.</li>
<li>Contribute to recruitment and performance evaluations, helping select and grow top talent.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring:</h3>
<ul>
<li>CPA designation (or equivalent).</li>
<li>Minimum four years’ experience in public practice, with at least one year in a leadership role.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of compilation, review, and engagements, as well as corporate and personal tax.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with superior organizational skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills.</li>
<li>Experience in client management, team leadership, and file documentation.</li>
<li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.</li>
<li>Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.</li>
