This role suits someone who thrives in a high-ownership, entrepreneurial environment where initiative, creativity, and hands-on execution shape real business outcomes.</p><p>We are seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to build and lead ODRA's aftermarket parts ecosystem. This role blends strategic sourcing, supplier development, margin analysis, and customer insight to identify, validate, and deliver high-demand components that support our customers and dealer network.</p><p>You'll work closely with engineering, sales, and operations to create a structured aftermarket program, coordinate replication and sourcing efforts, and help shape the future of ODRA's aftermarket strategy. </p><p>This is a builder role - ideal for someone who thrives in free-form environments and enjoys turning field insight into commercial success.</p><p>We value people who get out of the office, walk the shop floor, visit customers, and solve problems hands-on. If you love taking ownership, talking to mechanics, building supplier relationships, and making things happen - join us.</p><br /><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Industry Research</strong>: Stay informed on product trends, service parts availability, and customer needs across the street sweeper market.</li><li><strong>Parts Identification & Sourcing</strong>: Locate and acquire high-demand components through supplier networks, customer feedback, and field visits.</li><li><strong>Engineering Collaboration</strong>: Coordinate with ODRA's engineering team to validate and replicate parts for aftermarket use.</li><li><strong>Customer & Dealer Engagement</strong>: Build relationships with contractors and dealers to understand pain points and identify sourcing opportunities.</li><li><strong>Field Work & Travel</strong>: Visit customer sites and suppliers to gather insights and facilitate parts acquisition.</li><li><strong>Inventory & Supply Coordination</strong>: Ensure timely delivery of sourced parts and maintain alignment with inventory and logistics teams.</li><li><strong>Reporting & Documentation</strong>: Track parts performance, sourcing outcomes, and market developments.</li><li><strong>Feedback System:</strong> Build a structured dealer and contractor feedback pipeline to identify recurring parts needs, price expectations, and service challenges.</li><li><strong>Supplier Management:</strong> Conduct supplier qualification and compliance checks, negotiate pricing and delivery terms.</li><li><strong>Commercial Support:</strong> Support pricing, margin targeting, and demand forecasting for new aftermarket SKUs.</li><li><strong>Aftermarket Sales Enablement</strong><strong><em>:</em></strong> Provide product data and materials for dealer sales and training.</li><li><strong>Warranty & Service Integration:</strong> Gather field data and feed insights back into product and engineering teams to improve reliability.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in aftermarket parts, procurement, or sales in industrial, automotive or heavy equipment sectors.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust and rapport quickly with both engineers and field technicians.</li><li>Technically curious and comfortable reading technical drawings, spec sheets, and mechanical diagrams.</li><li>Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.</li><li>Skilled negotiator and problem-solver with strong supplier management and cost analysis ability.</li><li>Comfortable with travel and field-based work.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/CRM and Excel-based analytics for tracking supplier, cost, and performance metrics.</li><li>Ethical and professional; committed to responsible business practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with dealer networks or in product support roles.</li><li>Familiarity with mechanical assemblies (hydraulics, drive systems, bearings, pumps, PTOs, belts) or street sweepers.</li><li>Background in technical sales, service engineering, or field operations.</li><li>Experience in startup, scale-up, or fast-growing environments preferred.</li><li>Willingness to learn from ODRA's internal experts and grow into a leadership role shaping aftermarket strategy.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary based on skills and experience, with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Employer paid Health and Dental</li><li>Travel expenses covered.</li></ul><br><br><b><i>Job Posted by ApplicantPro</i></b><br /></p></p>Create Your Resume First
