Assistant Concession Manager

Job Description <p>This position assists the concessions manager in oversight of all concession?s employees, activities and events at Canadian Tire Center. </p> Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Assists the concessions manager in hiring and training of all Food & Beverages concessions staff </li><li>Planning, assigning, and directing work for employees, and non-profit groups <br />Supervises concessions employees and non-profit employees, bartenders and beer-tenders for events. </li><li>Ensure that concessions stands are properly stocked and staffed for all events. </li><li>Maintaining labor costs and budget goals. </li><li>Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements </li><li>Attend in-house event-related meetings and relays immediate changes with other departments. </li><li>Complies with Health Department and Alcohol Commission regulations. </li><li>Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a must </li><li>Position is very hands on with excessive interaction with staff and customers during events. </li><li>Assists the concessions manager in inventory product and maintaining uniforms. </li><li>Inventory control </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Requires at least 1 year of experience </li><li>Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships </li><li>Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model </li><li>Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers </li><li>Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb. </li><li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. </li><li>Must be able to work event-based hours including weekends, evenings, the occasional holiday. </li></ul><p></p> About Aramark <p><b>Northern Europe - Our Mission</b></p><p>Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.</p><p><b>Northern Europe - About Aramark</b></p><p>Aramark is a leading service and solutions provider in Northern Europe.
