Reporting to the AVP Finance, the Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building processes that support growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger management

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards

Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions

Support ERP or accounting system upgrades and automation initiatives

Mentor and develop a small, high-performing finance team TMGMS

Job Requirements: CPA designation

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally within a small to mid-sized company

Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Quick Books, Net Suite, or MS D365)

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Apply
