Job Description
*Parlee McLaws LLP *has an immediate opening in our *downtown Edmonton office* for an experienced and motivated *mid-to senior level lawyer* to join our solicitor group working in the areas of *corporate and commercial law. *The ideal candidate will have a solid corporate and commercial practice and will have the opportunity to assist other senior lawyers within a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
*Qualifications:*
* A minimum of 8 years of corporate and commercial experience
* Partial or full portable corporate and commercial practice
* Alberta Law Society – active membership that is current and in good standing
* Exercise sound judgment, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively.
* Builds and maintains strong client relationships
* Responsive, resourceful, practical and diplomatic problem solver
* Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
* While meeting all requirements is preferred, applicants with a similar set of skills and experience may also be considered.
