Credit Advisor (Part-Time, In-Person)<BR><BR>Location:<BR><BR>In-person Ottawa, ON <BR><BR>Job Type:<BR><BR>Part-time (with opportunity to grow into full-time)<BR><BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Capital Financial is a Canadian financial support platform focused on credit building, financial relief, and long-term financial planning. We are currently looking for a Credit Advisor to join our team in person on a part-time basis.<BR><BR>This role is client-facing and support-focused. You will work directly with members who have joined our app, helping them understand their credit profile, answering questions, and guiding them through their selected program.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities<BR><BR>As a Credit Advisor, you will be responsible for:<BR><BR>Responding to client emails and in-app messages in a professional and timely manner<BR><BR>Conducting scheduled video calls with clients to review their credit situation<BR><BR>Explaining credit reports, balances, utilization, and general credit concepts clearly<BR><BR>Guiding clients through Capital Financials credit building and financial relief programs<BR><BR>Updating client notes, status, and progress inside our internal work system<BR><BR>Following structured advisor workflows and internal guidelines<BR><BR>Escalating complex or sensitive cases to management when required<BR><BR>Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times<BR><BR>This role does not involve selling, collecting payments, or making guarantees.<BR><BR>Requirements<BR><BR>Previous experience in credit advising, financial services, or a related role<BR><BR>Strong understanding of Canadian credit basics (credit scores, utilization, reporting)<BR><BR>Comfortable communicating with clients via email and video calls<BR><BR>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients<BR><BR>Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal software tools<BR><BR>Professional communication and customer-focused mindset<BR><BR>Schedule & Compensation<BR><BR>Part-time, in-person role<BR><BR>Flexible scheduling during business hours (Monday Friday)<BR><BR>Paid at Ontario minimum wage<BR><BR>Opportunity to transition into a full-time position as client volume grows<BR><BR>Why Work With Us<BR><BR>Stable, growing company with clear processes<BR><BR>No cold calling or commission pressure<BR><BR>Structured workflows and support<BR><BR>Opportunity to grow with the company long-term<BR><BR>How to Apply<BR><BR>Please apply with:<BR><BR>Your resume<BR><BR>A brief note outlining your experience in credit or financial advising<BR><BR>Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted
