Office located in Mississauga, Ontario.</p><p><br></p><p>Type: <b>6 Month Contract, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week with strong possibility of extension</b></p><p>Work Experience: <b>AI Lead, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Automate AI, training, metrics, KPI, AI best practices, hackathon, Agentic AI, Generative AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)</b></p><p>Industry: <b>Healthcare</b></p><p> </p><p><b>DESCRIPTION:</b></p><p> Seeking a strategic and technically adept individual to support and lead the execution of our <b>Everyday AI initiative</b>, focused on empowering employees to leverage Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI technologies to transform how we work. This role will drive enterprise-wide adoption, support IT optimization efforts, and ensure alignment with our digital innovation goals.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Program Leadership:</b></li><li>Support and lead the <b>Everyday AI initiative</b> across the Canadian enterprise, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and employee experience strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver impactful AI activities such as <b>AI Days</b>, <b>Hackathons</b>, and <b>town hall sessions</b>.</li><li><b>Technical Enablement:</b></li><li>Partner with IT to optimize the use of <b>Gen and Agentic AI</b> technologies, including <b>Copilot</b>, <b>Copilot Studio</b>, and <b>Power Automate</b>.</li><li>Provide guidance on integrating AI tools into daily workflows to boost productivity and innovation.</li><li><b>Employee Engagement & Training:</b></li><li>Support the rollout of <b>AI Champion Networks</b>, <b>AI Clubs</b>, and <b>Learning </b>to foster grassroots adoption.</li><li>Ensure delivery of monthly AI learning goals and promote usage of the <b>Canadian AI Site</b> and internal AI agent.</li><li><b>Communications & Recognition:</b></li><li>Collaborate with HR and Communications to drive awareness through newsletters, company website and recognition programs.</li><li>Track and share success stories, usage metrics, and best practices.</li></ul><p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation or AI adoption programs.</li><li>Computer Science Degree and / or master's or equivalent experience.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of <b>Generative AI</b> and <b>Agentic AI</b> concepts.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>Microsoft Copilot</b>, <b>Copilot Studio</b>, and <b>Power Automate</b>.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and employee impact.</li><li>Experience in change management, training, and communications is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>TO APPLY: </b></p>
