There is huge growth potential, and we welcome anyone who is up to a challenging yet rewarding journey! </p><p><br></p><p><b>Position Description:</b></p><ul><li>Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the leadership team and key stakeholders. </li><li>You will proactively manage the General Manager's schedule, coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality administrative support. </li><li>You will demonstrate sound independent judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and represent the organization with professionalism, discretion, and reliability at all times. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Major Elements of the Role:</b></p><ul><li><b>Calendar Management</b>: Proactively manage and optimize executives' calendars by anticipating priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts, and efficiently rearranging meetings as needed. </li><li><b>Meeting Preparation</b>: Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics, including scheduling, confirming attendees, preparing agendas, and ensuring all required materials are distributed in advance. </li><li><b>Professional Representation</b>: Consistently represent the organization with the highest level of professionalism when interacting with senior leaders, external partners, and employees at all levels. </li><li><b>Communication & Coordination</b>: Oversee the logistical coordination of management meetings, workshops, special projects, and events, while supporting clear and effective communication across departments and business units. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>No previous experience required. </li><li>Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred. </li><li>Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. </li><li>Adaptable, responsive to direction, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (written and verbal) is considered an asset.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li>Working in-store is required for this position</li></ul>
