<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are currently hiring a reliable <b><strong>Fork Truck Operator</strong></b> to support off-shift production and warehouse operations. This role is essential in maintaining efficient packaging, palletizing, and material flow during brand changes and ongoing production.</p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Operate forklift to support packaging, warehousing, and cellar operations</li><li>Sweep and maintain cleanliness around stretch wrappers each shift</li><li>Secure, count, wrap, and stage leftover trays and packaging materials during brand changes</li><li>Secure and strap empty cans and swap can pallets and dunnage at depalletizers as required</li><li>Bring staged packaging materials to production lines and support palletizing</li><li>Execute and support Warehouse and Packaging MCS activities</li><li>Review finished goods and rework production to ensure brand specifications are met; audit and submit rework tags</li><li>Support break relief schedules and off-shift shipping and receiving</li><li>Stage unused materials at end of production for day shift completion</li></ul><p><b><strong>Schedule & Pay:</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>Pay:</strong></b> $21/hour + $1/hour night shift premium</li><li><b><strong>Shifts:</strong></b> Continental rotation (12-hour shifts)</li><li><ul><li>2 weeks of days (8am–8pm), followed by 2 weeks of nights (8pm–8am)</li><li>Alternating 3-day and 4-day work weeks with extended time off between rotations</li></ul></li></ul><p><b><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable working around alcohol</li><li>Must be <b><strong>19 years of age or older</strong></b></li></ul></p>Company Description<p>At People Store, our dedicated team connects businesses with reliable, skilled workers, ensuring seamless operations and productivity.
