The Role
We need a Highly Experienced Internal Creator Community Manager to build and energize our TikTok creator community. You'll recruit, coach, and drive creators to turn TikTok Shops into a growth machine.
What You'll Do
- Grow our creator network on Discord + WhatsApp
- Recruit and onboard top TikTok creators
- Deliver briefs + coaching for high-performing content
- Run challenges, trainings, and engagement events
- Track performance + optimize for growth
2+ years in community or creator management
Strong Discord/WhatsApp Community Experience
High-energy, personable, and results-driven
Experience in building and managing creator communities for brands, agencies, or Tiktok Shops
Bonus: Discord automation, Reacher, or Euka AI
