This role requires the ability to assess patient needs, provide effective treatments, and contribute to a positive healing environment.<br />*Duties*<br />* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.<br />* Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.<br />* Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address pain management and promote overall wellness.<br />* Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress, using appropriate medical terminology.<br />* Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.<br />* Collaborate with other health professionals to support occupational health initiatives when necessary.<br />* Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings, particularly in a med spa setting.<br />*Skills*<br />* Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.<br />* Proficient in patient assessment techniques to tailor treatments accordingly.<br />* Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.<br />* Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.<br />* Excellent customer service skills that foster client satisfaction and loyalty.<br />* Experience in occupational health practices is a plus.<br />* Previous experience in a med spa environment is desirable but not mandatory.
