<p><br></p><p><b>Company Description:</b></p><p>Xediton is a privately-held specialty pharmaceutical company located in Oakville, with a focus on meeting the needs of patients, physicians and partners.</p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>For more information, please visit </b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Pricing and Market Access Associate - Pharmaceuticals</b></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Job Description & Key responsibilities: </b></p><p><b>The Pricing and Market Access Associate </b>will provide service to both external customers and also support internal management</p><p> Specific responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Assist in the development and implementation of market access and pricing strategy</li><li>Assist in the preparation of relevant submissions and listing agreements for public payers, private payers, formularies and buying groups</li><li>Work with team members to develop reimbursement strategies</li><li>Assist in the compliance and reporting to the Patented Medicines Prices Review Board (PMPRB).</li><li>Assist in managing semi-annual price reporting requirements,</li><li>Meet all PMPRB regulatory requirements, manage issues and support in preparing launch product submissions to the PMPRB.</li><li>Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of current and future regulations</li><li>Reporting - Compile up- to-date information for internal staff; reports may include sales reporting, pricing information, market access and formulary information</li><li><b>Liaise with consulting agency with </b>the development and delivery of submission documents to health technology assessment agencies (i.e. CDR, INESSS) and provincial drug and private plans.</li><li>Support consulting agency in executing the pCPA negotiation.</li><li>Assists in the creation of clinical and economic package.</li><li>Work with cross functional teams to compile and review the submission package</li><li>Participates in pre- and post-submission meetings with stakeholders .</li><li>Assist in facilitating listing agreements with the federal, provincial and territorial public drug plans</li><li>Assist in managing contracts and bids with Buying Groups and other stakeholders </li><li>Work with team members to develop reimbursement strategies</li><li>Actively engage and manage payer negotiations with key stakeholders at both the public and private level.</li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Skills & Qualification</b></p><p><b>The successful candidate is a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic team player who is resourceful and dedicated and has competencies in adapting to changing environments. </b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Minimum qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>University Degree</li><li>Must have at least 3 years hands-on pricing and market access experience in a pharmaceutical, environment.</li><li>Experience in marketing pharmaceuticals or medical products into hospitals and healthcare setting is an asset</li><li>Highly energetic team player with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li><li>Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience using social media tools is an asset</li><li>Very strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload whilst multi-tasking in order to meet deadlines</li><li>Detail-oriented, strong innovative and creative marketing skills.
