Our client, a leading specialized electronics manufacturer, is seeking a Marketing Manager to support and enable customer-facing teams across North America. This role is responsible for shaping and communicating clear, compelling value propositions across multiple B2B markets. The Marketing Manager will translate complex products and services into effective messaging that drives adoption, engagement, and long-term customer value. This position plays a key role in aligning marketing strategy with sales execution, product development, and field operations.

The Role:

  • Develop and translate differentiated value propositions into clear, consistent messaging across presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Field Operations, and Customer Care teams to ensure marketing assets support commercial and customer engagement goals.
  • Lead the creation, production, and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal quality standards.
  • Support integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives by providing approved claims, positioning, and core messaging.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of target markets, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform messaging and campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of conferences, trade shows, and industry events in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
  • Manage external vendors and creative agencies, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and quality of work.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Uphold accountability, quality, and collaboration across all aspects of the role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within B2B, technology, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated strength in product or solutions marketing, including translating technical concepts into customer-focused narratives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience working with external agencies or vendors and overseeing creative deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain alignment across stakeholders.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with standard business and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, events, or industry engagements locally and internationally.
