As a <b>Materials Lab Supervisor</b> in <b>Cambridge Ontario</b>, you’ll lead operations at one of our large-scale laboratories, ensuring technical excellence and driving innovation in testing programs for concrete, soil, aggregate, and asphalt. <h3>Your Impact</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with WSP standards.</li>
<li>Oversee execution of testing programs, including sample preparation, equipment calibration, and data integrity.</li>
<li>Validate and review test results to guarantee accuracy and consistency for client deliverables.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to align lab activities with timelines and expectations.</li>
<li>Champion continuous improvement in workflows, resource allocation, and quality control processes.</li>
</ul>
<h3>The Skills That Set You Apart</h3>
<ul>
<li>More than 5 years of hands‑on experience in asphalt, concrete, and geotechnical laboratory operations.</li>
<li>Proven leadership in technical or supervisory roles within large‑scale lab environments.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of ASTM, CSA, and LS testing standards, with experience in CCIL certification processes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with equipment maintenance, calibration, and proficiency testing programs.</li>
<li>Type C & B CCIL Certification considered an asset.</li>
