<p>Medical Receptionist/Phlebotomist (Part-Time)</p><p>Languages: English, Mandarin, and Cantonese<br><br>Location: Markham, Ontario<br><br>EMR: OSCAR PRO</p><p>Overview</p><p>We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and organized Medical Receptionist to join our busy multidisciplinary healthcare team in Markham, Ontario. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and professional experience while supporting the clinic's medical, aesthetic, and wellness services.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries</li><li>Maintain and update patient information accurately using OSCAR PRO EMR</li><li>Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals</li><li>Support day-to-day administrative operations including filing, data entry, scanning, and supply management</li><li>Promote all clinic services, including Medical Aesthetic Treatments and the Nutrition & Weight Loss Program, with the opportunity to earn commission on aesthetic treatment package sales</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and comply with PHIPA and clinic privacy policies</li><li>Represent the clinic professionally and assist with basic social media engagement such as posting and responding to messages</li><li>Perform or assist with phlebotomy as required; phlebotomy experience is an asset, or willingness to complete a phlebotomy course is required</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a healthcare administrative role preferred</li><li>Experience with OSCAR PRO EMR is an asset (training provided if needed)</li><li>Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese required</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional manner</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficient in computer use, scheduling systems, and social media engagement</li><li>Phlebotomy certification an asset, or willingness to obtain training</li><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude and initiative to learn and grow</li></ul><p>Why Join Us</p><ul><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Growth opportunity from part-time to full-time</li><li>Commission opportunities for aesthetic package sales</li><li>Exposure to a broad range of medical, aesthetic, and wellness services</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development</li></ul><p>Job Types: Part-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
