Adecco is actively seeking an experienced <strong>Advisor, Payroll & Benefits</strong> to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations, benefits administration, and HRIS compliance. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries while leading audits and process improvements in Workday. You'll collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional teams, ensuring employees are supported and systems run efficiently. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in problem-solving, process optimization, and delivering an exceptional employee experience. <ul> <li> <strong> Pay Rate: </strong> Up to $75k/year. <li> <strong> Location: </strong> Calgary/Banff, AB <li> <strong> Job type: </strong> Permanent | Full-time </ul> <strong>Responsibilities: </strong> <ul> <li> Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, tax deductions, and benefits. <li> Conduct comprehensive Workday audits of payroll practices to ensure accuracy and compliance. <li> Support year-end T4 preparation, including reconciliations and balancing. <li> Identify and recommend system improvements, collaborating with the internal team to address payroll gaps. <li> Audit benefits and RRSP data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and making corrections. <li> Create and maintain payroll manuals and SOPs in line with Canadian Payroll Association standards. <li> Manage employee benefits administration (enrolments, updates, terminations) in Sun Life and Workday. <li> Assist with the off-season benefits program. <li> Train managers and employees on timekeeping and payroll processes. <li> Monitor federal and provincial payroll legislation to ensure ongoing compliance. </ul> <strong>Requirements: </strong> <ul> <li> Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada. <li> Post-secondary education in Accounting, Payroll, or a related discipline. <li> Minimum of 7+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience. <li> 5-8 years of Workday experience (payroll and benefits modules). <li> Proven track record in Workday implementations and integrations. <li> Strong eye for process improvements, compliance, and HRIS gap analysis. <li> Self-starter, detail-oriented, and solution-driven with excellent communication skills. </ul> Don't miss out on this <strong>Advisor, Payroll & Benefits </strong>position in Calgary/Banff, AB .
