<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Administer various procurement processes and analyze resource and financial data, providing leadership and support to staff for all functions associated with procurement administration.</li>
<li>Meet with project managers, senior management from Procurement, DTS Finance, and vendor partners to manage procurement processes.</li>
<li>Make recommendations to improve business processes within procurement.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Essential:</b></li>
<ul>
<li>Post‑secondary education in Business, Supply Chain or a related field, or completion of a professional procurement designation. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.</li>
<li>Experience analyzing and defining business problems, developing business cases, and identifying appropriate processes.</li>
<li>Experience with data collection, management and analysis.</li>
<li>Experience analyzing processes and identifying process improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Demonstrates problem‑solving skills and critical thinking.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings with various stakeholders.</li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills including experience writing a variety of documents and reports for various audiences.</li>
<li>Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.</li>
<li>Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong decision‑making skills.</li>
<li>Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) or similar software applications.</li>
<li>Experience working in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.</li>
</ul>
<li><b>Desired:</b></li>
<ul>
<li>Experience with SAP—creating Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
