Make an impact with our Administration team as a Production Administrative Assistant. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Review, sort, draft, proof and finalize clients deliverables and process e-returns
  • Prepare, review and modify general templates, letters and reports
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking of client deliverables
  • Track upcoming client year ends and monitor deadlines
  • Fax, photocopy and scan documents, as required
  • Assist in the creation and assembly of presentations
  • Conduct quality review (accuracy, completeness, appearance) of outgoing correspondence
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong prioritizing and follow-up skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and able to liaise with clients, staff and outside parties
  • Ability to prioritize urgent matters due to various timelines/deadlines
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as needed.

Skills and Experience

  • Completion of related post-secondary education in administration is an asset
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of related administrative/clerical experience
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset
