<h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with the review and approval of supplier and installation contracts</li>
<li>Track and evaluate vendor performance to support future contract decisions</li>
<li>Conduct bid reviews and assist with subcontract preparation</li>
<li>Support the design team with shop drawing review, material specifications, and detailing</li>
<li>Verify fabrication drawings for accuracy prior to release</li>
<li>Collaborate with the <b>General Manager, Production Supervisor, and Drafting Manager</b> to
<ul>
<li>Develop detailed glazing schedules</li>
<li>Align timelines with General Contractors</li>
<li>Schedule shop labor for site installations</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Manage and document change orders, RFIs, site instructions, and contract modifications in <b>Sage 100</b></li>
<li>Track and assess impacts to scope, cost, and schedule</li>
<li>Verify material quantities and specifications prior to issuing purchase orders</li>
<li>Coordinate with Purchasing and Project Coordination teams to ensure timely ordering</li>
<li>Attend weekly internal and site meetings to review priorities and site conditions</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with clients, architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>3–5 years of project management experience</b> in a manufacturing environment (required)</li>
<li><b>Hands-on experience with glass production processes</b>
tempering, laminating, coating, cutting, etc.</li>
<li>Experience with curtain wall systems (custom doors, railings, skylights, vents) is an asset</li>
<li>Strong ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings</li>
<li>Proficiency with project management software, Sage 100, and Microsoft Project</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and risk</li>
<li><b>Logistics experience</b> (required)</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with internal teams, vendors, and clients</li>
<li>Ability to make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines</li>
<li><b>Valid G driver’s license</b> (travel to job sites required)</li>
