These companies specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, dock levelers, and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities.</p><p>About the Role</p><p>Sentinel Dock & Door corporate located in Oakville is seeking a strategic, technically proficient<br>Project Manager, Integration<br>to lead ERP and enterprise software implementations across our organization. Operating in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment, you will be responsible for advancing system standardization, managing technical debt, and translating complex business requirements into practical technical solutions. This is a critical role for candidates who can combine cross-functional leadership with robust IT acumen to deliver operational excellence at scale.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end ERP and enterprise software implementations, including Novoconn, Sage, UKG, Plan-R, and HubSpot, ensuring alignment with business needs</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison with functional leaders (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations, etc.) to define requirements and deliver innovative technical solutions</li><li>Own the identification, tracking, and remediation of technical debt, maintaining system integrity and performance</li><li>Develop, update, and standardize SOPs, process workflows, and comprehensive user documentation to support consistent operations</li><li>Identify and champion opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization at all organizational levels</li><li>Prepare and deliver training materials and enablement sessions for cross-functional teams, ensuring successful adoption of systems and processes</li><li>Drive stakeholder communication strategies, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout key project milestones</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Proven experience leading ERP and enterprise software rollouts, ideally in multi-site or acquisition-driven environments</li><li>Strong hands-on technical background, with the ability to engage IT teams and translate business needs into scalable system solutions</li><li>Demonstrated track record of proactively managing and remediating technical debt in previous roles</li><li>Clear, confident communication skills—capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences with ease</li><li>Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving in complex settings</li><li>Process-oriented, with expertise in designing and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and technical documentation</li><li>Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders</li><li>Experience developing and delivering effective training programs for diverse user groups</li><li>Adaptability and resilience in dynamic, acquisition-heavy, or evolving business environments</li></ul><p>Salary Range: $110,000–$135,000 per year</p>Create Your Resume First
