We are a team of energetic and creative individuals offering the best engineering solutions and consulting services.</p><p><br></p><p>Our growing company is seeking energetic, positive, and reliable Quality Assurance Coordinator to support our Team and Customers. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager/Director, the Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the development, maintenance, and implementation of the Nuclear Management System (NMS) and Quality Management System (QMS), including drafting and revising the NMS Manual (NMSM), the QMS Manual, and related documents, and preparing reports as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in quality management programs through attendance in training courses, seminars, contacts with professional organizations and literature reviews in accordance with the QA qualifications and training requirements.</li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining the NMS and QMS documents (preparation, control, and revisions thereto). Review procedures and other documents used to implement the NMS and QMS Programs requirements.</li><li>Assist with monitoring and reporting on QA activities, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Participating on internal audits, as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager/Director.</li><li>Participate in oversight activities related to implementation of the NMS and QMS at NSI. This includes, but not limited to, Observations, Self Assessments, detailed gap analysis, synthesis of lessons learned during the delivery of programs and projects and the incorporation of this information into the NMS or QMS, as applicable.</li><li>Identifying quality problems, initiating, verifying implementation of solutions, and assuring, if applicable, that further processing, delivery, installation, or use is controlled until proper disposition of a nonconformance, deficiency, or unsatisfactory condition has occurred.</li><li>Interface effectively with representatives from all levels of the organization regarding NMS and QMS requirements, concerns, and resolutions.</li><li>Assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.</li><li>Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with QA Manager.</li><li>Adhering to timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Managing and building relationships with multiple departments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business (or equivalent through education and experience).</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience working with quality management systems.</li><li>Certified Quality Auditor is an asset.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Experience with implementation of Corrective Action Program, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Process Improvement practices.</li><li>Self-directed with flexibility to a changing workload.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain open communications among multiple teams.</li><li>Ability to multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail.</li><li>Reliable and dependable.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>NSI is particularly interested in people who enjoy working on a variety of work and who are keen to continue to develop their knowledge and expertise.</p><p><br></p><p>If you believe you have the necessary knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to succeed in this position, then we would like to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><em>We thank all applicants for their interest; however only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
