<p><h3>SAP MM / P2P Lead – Business Systems Developer Lead</h3>
<p>Location: Canada (Ottawa, Ontario)</p>
<p><b>Salary Range:</b> $135,000 - $145,000 plus bonus opportunity (general guideline only; offer based on qualifications and market considerations).</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP MM and P2P solutions in an S/4HANA environment.</li>
<li>Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules such as SD, EWM, PP, QM, and FICO.</li>
<li>Manage full life‑cycle implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support.</li>
<li>Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.</li>
<li>Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.</li>
<li>Support production processes including Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, and Workflow.</li>
<li>Handle support activities including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.</li>
<li>Lead cross‑functional workshops, provide guidance on SAP best practices, and identify opportunities for process optimization.</li>
<li>Train business users and provide ongoing support for post‑implementation activities.</li>
<li>Mentor team members and foster collaboration across business and IT teams.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP MM and P2P modules, including configuration and support.</li>
<li>At least 1 full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain processes.</li>
<li>Strong integration experience with SD, EWM, PP, QM, and FICO modules.</li>
<li>Expertise in procurement processes, inventory management, MRP, and production execution.</li>
<li>Proven experience with gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and working closely with developers.</li>
<li>Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to MM and P2P.</li>
<li>Familiarity with SAP and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.</li>
<li>Exposure to global SAP implementations or rollouts.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li>
<li>SAP certification in MM, P2P, or S/4HANA is a strong advantage.</li>
<li>Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.</li>
