<p><p>Join to apply for the <b>Senior Campaign Manager, Paid Social</b> role at <b>KINESSO</b>.</p><p>**Position Summary**</p>
<p>The Senior Campaign Manager, Paid Social is responsible for overall account performance and execution, providing best‑in‑class expertise and recommendations that drive performance.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner with the Account Manager and Associate Director to provide insights that inform RFPs, decks, proposals and planning recommendations.</li>
<li>Develop best‑in‑class deliverables/reporting to clients from available technology platforms and services.</li>
<li>Be an expert in paid social capabilities, find best solutions for clients and stay up‑to‑date with emerging tools and technologies.</li>
<li>Manage and oversee campaign set‑up and execution.</li>
<li>Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgeting.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency of ad specs and campaign objectives.</li>
<li>Manage Top‑ and Mid‑Funnel campaigns directly linked to Bottom‑Funnel success.</li>
<li>Pull reports, prepare insights and recommendations, and communicate them effectively in presentations.</li>
<li>Educate agency teams and clients on best practices and campaign objective requirements.</li>
<li>Monitor KPIs for a portfolio of clients to ensure on‑time and complete delivery.</li>
<li>Create strong collaborative relationships with clients, planning teams and SBUs.</li>
<li>Partner with the Associate Director to source proposals from media partners and liaise with SBUs.</li>
<li>Ensure invoice clearing and budget management.</li>
<li>Drive execution of the plan, regularly evaluate performance, proactively optimize campaigns and provide post‑reports.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Desired Skills & Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Professional or educational background in Marketing or Advertising.</li>
<li>3‑4 years’ experience executing paid social campaigns.</li>
<li>Proven in‑depth knowledge of the digital media industry.</li>
<li>Full understanding of various digital channels and full‑funnel campaigns.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat.</li>
<li>Strong ability to manage fluid budgets and acquire required sign‑offs.</li>
<li>Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner.</li>
<li>Understanding of trafficking and audience insights is an asset.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to apply research insights effectively.</li>
<li>Passion for testing, data, emerging media and measurement.</li>
<li>Professional learning agility and continuous development mindset.</li>
<li>Client‑facing and service oriented. Proactive problem solving.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Highly developed organizational skills with strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively and independently.</li>
<li>Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
