<li>Prepare, review, and submit statutory financial statements in compliance with local GAAP/IFRS for domestic and foreign entities</li>
<li>Ensure timely filing of statutory reports, financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings across all relevant jurisdictions</li>
<li>Support tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, and other compliance-related tasks.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage statutory audits for both domestic and foreign entities, ensuring all required documentation is available.</li>
<li>Address auditor queries, reconcile differences, and implement audit recommendations.</li> <p><b>Journal Entries and Month-End Close:</b></p>
<li>Prepare and post journal entries for all required adjustments including intercompany transactions, management fees, etc.</li>
<li>Perform reconciliations of key accounts, including intercompany, foreign exchange, and accounts.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance statutory reporting processes</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.</li>
<li>Strong IFRS and 4+ year experience of financial statement preparation.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills and ERP proficiency (Workday/SAP).</li>
<li>Skilled in technical accounting research and documentation.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
