Job Duties: Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth running of the store. Supervise staff and assign tasks. Monitor customer preferences and market trends to guide purchasing. Determine products to stock and set pricing policies. Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote store products. Plan and monitor budgets, review spending, and ensure financial targets are met. Address customer concerns and ensure quality service. Hire and train new staff as required.
