Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Language: English Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible Minimum Education: Post-Secondary Education Positions Available: 1 NOC Group: Information Systems Testing Technicians- (22222) NOC Job Title: Systems Testing Technician Job Location(s) Unit- King George Blvd. Surrey, British Columbia V3W 1N6 Canada Job Duties: Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios. Testing software applications for safety, capacities, compliance, and performance and documenting the results. Executing & analyzing the software application and results. Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies. Create reports on the collected data while performing tests. Effectively communicate issues with team and execute changes in testing as required. Recommending if any technical additions are required to test processes. Install software and hardware and determine the best configurations in which the software and hardware application operates without errors or flaws. Implement software and information system testing policies, procedures, and scripts. Ability to handle communications and information system equipment. Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. Post-Secondary education in computer or network programming is required.
