<p>Position: Vendor Success Manager</p><p>Hours: 36 hrs/week (half day Fridays)</p><p>Hybrid: Work from home, but with a minimum of 2 days a week from our Mt Pleasant office</p><p>Salary: $45,000 + EOY Performance Bonus</p><p><br></p><p>About Makers</p><p><br></p><p>At Shop Makers, we’re redefining retail by offering a curated experience of the finest locally crafted, handmade goods. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless, supportive, and positive experience for all vendors from recruitment to off-boarding, driving vendor satisfaction, retention, and success across all Shop Makers locations.</p><p><br></p><p>What you'll do</p><p><br></p><p><b>Vendor Recruitment & Onboarding</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify and onboard high-quality vendors.</li><li>Manage application tracking and onboarding timelines.</li><li>Set up & maintain automation onboarding flow (Zaps & Email Octopus).</li><li>Perform regular maintenance and updates to Vendor CRM.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Vendor Support</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day guidance on vendor support email for all vendor inquiries (inventory management, merchandising, and sales optimization).</li><li>Assist with vendor issues and policy violations, escalating as needed. </li><li>Troubleshoot POS or platform issues and escalate as needed.</li><li>Communicate operational updates, events, and deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate Vendor Newsletters with input from the Vendor Team. </li><li>Respond to inquiries from Shop Makers team members regarding vendors </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Vendor Retention & Engagement</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Track vendor satisfaction and collect feedback for improvement.</li><li>Identify expansion opportunities for high-performing vendors.</li><li>Develop vendor resources, FAQs, and training materials.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Experience & Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal (email, phone, and occasional in-person communication)</li><li>Proficient with Google Suite</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes for both customers and the company</li><li>Experience working with vendors or in partnerships would be considered an asset</li></ul><p><br></p><p>SOUND LIKE YOU?
